Cancer is often accompanied by loss. The Bereavement Support Group provides
a compassionate and safe community for people grieving the loss of a loved one
to cancer. Led by a professional counsellor, participants share stories, honour
cherished memories, and navigate their emotions, learning to accept and cope
with their profound loss. Research shows that this program significantly
enhances participants’ resilience, improves sleep quality, and reduces anxiety,
depression, and feelings of isolation.

Together, we can create a path toward healing and renewal.
