Registering as a Wellspring Member

Before being able to participate in programs, you must first register as a
Wellspring member. You do this by completing an online registration form
that provides us with your contact information and some details about your
diagnosis. Once you are a Wellspring member, you are welcome to participate in
programs offered by any Wellspring centre across Canada.

Signing Up for Programs

You register to attend programs using the Wellspring website, which is
accessible using a personal computer, a smartphone or a tablet. If you do not
have access to a computer, you may phone the centre for assistance registering
for programs.

1. Visit your preferred Wellspring centre using the Location tab.
2. Select In-Centre or Online Programs from the drop-down menu.
