SUPPORT GROUP

ADOPT THIS PROGRAM: $40,000

Breast cancer and its treatments often bring fear, anxiety, and feelings of isolation
to those experiencing this disease. This program provides support, information,
and coping skills to women who are newly diagnosed or in treatment for breast
cancer. Expert program leaders help women understand and cope with changes in
their body image, work disability, relationships, and sexuality, while providing a safe
space for them to share with one another.

HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Provide the Online Breast Cancer Support Group for a full year with a gift
of $25,000 and provide support to those unable to attend in person due to
distance, illness, or other factors

• Provide the Breast Cancer Support Group in person for a full year at
Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House with a gift of $10,000
